Alumni
There are currently over 2,200 Governor's School Alumni spread across the globe, and it is part of the Governor's School Foundation's mission to keep in touch with all of them. If you are an alumnus who has recently moved or changed your email address, please let us know by emailing Hal Waller at hwaller@gsgis.k12.va.us. You will receive our Monthly Alumni Newsletter, which will keep you in touch with the school and upcoming alumni events.
Yearly events where alumni are invited include Fall Festival, Reunion Weekend, the Alumni Holiday Reception, the Alumni Open House at Maggie Walker, the Night of the Dragon Auction, and various regional events.
The Richmond Alumni Chapter hosts additional events for local alumni.
The Governor's School Foundation maintains a very active alumni group on Facebook. To join, search for the Governor's School Alumni (GSGIS & MLWGS) group and then request Hal Waller to be your "Friend."
